Your email address, name and any other information you submit on Enbrite.ly (and any subdomains) are held in strict confidence. Your information is used and stored only for the purposes of sending you important notifications or the content and / or information you request on specific landing pages or signup forms. We will never share this information with a third party.

Information Collection and Use

Information Collected Upon Free Insights. you must provide us with some personal information, such as your name and email address. This information is available, accessible and visible only to Enbrite.ly designated employees.

Log Data. Our servers automatically record information created by your use of the Enbrite.ly website. Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, the referring domain, pages visited and device type and model.

Enbritely Services Privacy Policy

Upon signing up for Enbritely Ltd’s Services, our clients authorize the collection, processing and transfer of the types of data and described below.

Enbritely Ltd’s clients take full contractual responsibility for providing appropriate notification of these data processing and transfer activities to customers, end users, visitors and other affected individuals, obtaining all necessary consents (including with respect to use of cookies, pixels and similar technology), and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We collect the following types of data when providing Services to our clients, for marketing performance tracking, attributing users to appropriate traffic segments and measuring engagement quality with our clients’ advertisements, websites and mobile applications, as the case may be.

The collected information is used to analyze the performance, quality and fraud-penetration of advertisement campaigns to our clients. We do not combine the collected data with any other data that would enable us to personally identify the user in any way. We do not use hyperlocal geotargeting or browser/device fingerprinting.

Log-level data. Users visiting websites where our tracking tags are served we collect information about the browser accessing the page, such as IP address, browser type, user agent, referring URL, information about the page where an ad was displayed, the dimensions and location of the ad and generalized user interaction data. Collected information may include measurements pertaining to ad viewability and user interactions with the ad as well as other elements of the web page on which the ad is displayed. This information is used to provide our fraud and traffic quality detection Services.

Cookies. Our services by default never use cookies to track users, unless inserted directly into a website’s code, specifically requested by the operator of the website that has a comprehensive cookie and opt-out policy.

IP Addresses. Our Services collect and provide IP addresses to advertiser and advertising agency clients for the purpose of assisting in the detection and prevention of fraudulent activity (including location spoofing). We also pair IP addresses with the locations where they are likely being used (at the postal code level), and use that information to provide our Services.

Use of Pixel Tags. Pixels and tags are elements included in web pages to enable companies to collect data, serve advertising, and provide related services, such as measuring ad effectiveness or preventing fake ad traffic. They do this by allowing communication between a web browser and a server. A pixel is a small transparent image that is placed on a web page. A tag is a piece of website code that is run by the web browser.

Use of information

Aggregate Data. Enbritely may analyze non-identifiable user information in aggregate form to operate, maintain, manage, and improve its Services. We may share this aggregate data with our affiliates, agents, and business partners. We may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our Services to current and prospective business partners and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.

General

Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, dissolution, reorganization or similar corporate event, all collected information shall be transferred to the surviving entity in a merger or the acquiring entity. All such transfers shall be subject to our commitments with respect to the privacy and confidentiality of such personal information as set forth in this privacy policy. We do not share cross-client data and or sell user data in any way.

How We Protect Your Information. Enbritely implements reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect users’ personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction and complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Please note that opting out through this page will generally only opt out of these companies’ “third party” ad targeting features; you will continue to see non-tailored ads.

Similarly, to provide or use our Services, we (or Clients and partners we work with) may employ other information collected from users when they are online (for instance, IP address), aggregated with information collected from various websites and mobile applications, and various devices or browsers. The above industry-provided opt-out pages can also opt you out of many of those types of services. Other consumer choice tools are provided through the Ghostery website, including the Ghostery browser extension, and information about the Ghostery Ad Control application through which you may enable information “opt outs” for mobile applications.
